Caterers Private Limited, started long ago as a small catering
company, but with the foresight and hard work of Mr. Dipak Kumar
Singh (Munna Maharaj) it grew into a gigantic
company achieving success after success in the world of class
weddings and other related caterings.
Thereafter we started catering for conferences and conventions
after continuous success including ANCIP's 2002,
in Kolkata for app. 3000 delegates continuously for 3 days at
different venues across the city.
Then followed CSI'2003 again at Kolkata for
5000 persons again for 3 days followed by IPC'2004,
PEDICON'2005 (at Kolkata for 6400 persons) (in 3 days)
and APICON'2005 at Mumbai for 6000 persons.

Group Wedding in December 2006 at Balli. 50th AICOG
2007 at Kolkata 5th - 9th January, 2007 for 6000 persons.
Wedding parties for 3 days for Mahendra Gupta,
at Malayasia. Dhanuka Group
at Bangkok in 2008. Essar

'08 for 3500 persons.
Apart from the above we already have firm commitments from various
ensuing conferences and conventions that are coming up in Kolkata,
Mumbai, Goa, Jaipur, etc.
We are fully equipped to serve any kind of function from 100
to 5000 persons at any given time with a choice of 12 Cuisines
and more than 2500 dishes from the House of Munna's in Non-Vegetarian
as well as Vegetarian catering. Our catering at Paris for the
Mittal's or for Agarwals of Sterlite or Barmechas in Israel
have drawn accolades from citizens across the world. We have
had the opportunity to serve excellencies, prime ministers,
ex-prime ministers, speakers, chief ministers, bureaucrats,
multinational companies, political leaders, top business communities
including who's who of all major industries, the list is endless.
We have complete infrastructure for providing food and beverages
upto 15000 persons at a time with the best of Crockeries / Cutleries
/ Glassware / Linen / Table Decorations / Silverware / Ice Cream
& Coffee machines / International Food warmers / Chocolate
Fountains / Kitchen equipments / Bar setups etc.
Our
sister Concerns Bakers Square, Marwar Banquets, Agarwal
Park Banquets, Blue Fox Restaurant are all self sufficient
and well equipped.
We
have an adequate fleet of service vehicles, delivery vans, and
service carts etc., for easy transportation of food products
all over the city.
All
our raw material provisions etc., are hygienically provided
directly from the sources to ensure best food quality and
commercial pricing. Our own mineral water plant is ISI
certified and we use only mineral water at all our functions.

Caterers is headed by Munna Maharaj and assisted
by its Executive Director Shri. Sanjay Singh
at Neelamber and all its sister concerns. The philosophy of
constant innovations, improvements and improvisatins is an on
going process due to the constant effort of a large team of
